For years, I’ve navigated the publishing world from various angles: running Spontaneous Afflatus, an independent publishing house; editing and co-founding Wavelength Magazine, a North Texas cultural arts publication; serving as the publishing specialist at Mavs Open Press; and now, as senior manager of operations at Brown Books Publishing Group.

I'm especially interested in how technology is reshaping publishing particularly through metadata and data-driven strategies that help books reach the right readers, as well as the ways digital tools are making the entire process more accessible, efficient, and meaningful. My debut poetry collection, Ebb & Flow, was originally published in 2017 (the second edition is now available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble), and since then, my work has appeared in Mad Swirl and Wavelength Magazine. I also run a Substack publication titled From the Stack, which serves as my personal corner of the internet to share my thoughts on all things culture, travel, publishing, and beyond.

I’ve always been driven by curiosity and a love of learning. When I’m not working or writing, you’ll usually find me reading on the porch (or a beach if I’m lucky), planning my next trip, or out in the backyard with my telescope.
